Purchase Agreement

Florida Power Services "The Solar Power Company" agrees to purchase materials, act as the authorized agent on buyer/ buyer’s behalf (listed below), and provide the following; Engineering, permitting, installation, site clean up, interconnection application, and warranty. The installation will be carried out in an orderly fashion and be completed within the timeframe agreed upon, generally 4-8 weeks.

Buyer/Buyers agree to accept the solar equipment delivery, store onsite, turn on the system after the bi-directional meter is installed, and follow the deposit schedule/financing agreement.
